Multi-step Tasks
Some tasks run as a sequence of steps. Each step is an independent unit of work with its own status, timings, and retry count. Insight Factory tracks and retries steps individually, so a run shows exactly which step succeeded or failed.
Selecting a Notebook
When configuring the Run Databricks Notebook task, use the notebook picker to point the task at an existing notebook or create a new one from a template.
Table Metadata
The Table Metadata section of a task lets you describe the Delta table the task produces — its primary key, comments, tags, constraints, and per-column documentation. The metadata is applied to the Delta table when the task runs.
